Assessments
Wiseflow.org is currently investigating methods for users to measure the progress of their practice. Following is a list of distinguished assessments for testing anywhere from creativity, ego strength, personality transitions, to anxiety levels and mood states. For those who are really interested in measuring their own progress, consider taking any of the following assessments once before starting the series and then once 30 days later to see for yourself how much these techniques are making a difference. Please keep in mind that this is not required, nor should it be any reason for you not to start the series. If interested, each listed item below can be google searched for a testing provider. We’re interested in selecting the best out of this list and making something more programmatic to use on our site, so definitely let us know which works best for you as we continue this investigation.
